Job Summary
Customer Service Representative
100% Remote – Equipment Provided
Pay Rate: $15/hr
Schedules: Monday – Sunday, 6am – 10pm CST
Anticipated Start Date: May 4th, 2026 – 6‑Month Contract
Responsibilities
Interact with customers to schedule pest and rodent inspections.
Take inbound calls and place outbound calls to confirm appointments.
Schedule technicians for inspections; all states require inspection prior to service.
Handle 80–100 calls per day.
Recommend products based on customer needs and interests.
Demonstrate products, explain features, and solicit orders from regular and prospective customers.
Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
Provide customers with product samples and catalogs.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred.
At least 2+ years of customer service or call center experience.
Sales experience or objection‑handling experience is a plus.
Must have no missed time during the first 4 weeks.
