Customer Service Representative
100% Remote – Equipment Provided
Pay Rate:
$15/hr
Schedules:
Range Monday-Sunday between 6am - 10pm CST
Anticipated Start Date:
May 4th 2026 – 6 Month Contract
Responsibilities
Interact with customers in response to scheduling pest and rodent inspections.
Take inbound calls and place outbound calls to follow up with customers on appointment scheduling, scoring on percentage of leads per call and booking the next appointment for a tech to come out for an inspection.
Handle 80–100 calls per day.
Recommend products to customers based on needs and interests.
Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders.
Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
Provide customers with product samples and catalogs.

High school diploma or GED preferred.
2+ years customer service / call center related experience required.
Must have at least 2+ years of call center experience (sales experience is nice to have for overcoming objections with scheduling inspections).
Cannot miss any time in the first 4 weeks.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
