Position Summary
Support the Kroger Our Brands and Senior Our Brands Managers through the execution and communication of marketing campaigns, budget tracking, and proofing. Effectively coordinates and implements the branding strategy through cross‑functional teamwork and collaboration while also developing new strategies to support future growth.
Must be able to perform essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodations.
This hybrid position will be required to work in our Corporate Office at least two days per week based on your team’s schedule
Manage the marketing campaign execution process, including details regarding fit with brand strategy, clear benefit communication, timing, documentation, proofing and approvals on assigned brands
Maximize team capacity by organizing documentation and through time management
Maintain team updates on status of all current projects
Track team budgets and expenditures associated with marketing material development and explore potential new processes that could improve efficiencies
Communicate on a regular basis with Brand Managers and OB Leadership
Ensure brand strategy is translated into marketing and merchandising tactics, working collaboratively with all cross‑functional partners
Manage the execution of marketing campaigns and messaging across many different touch points
Minimum Position Qualifications
4 year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Degree in Business, Statistics, Marketing or Economics is desirable
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
2+ years of retail grocery experience preferred
Knowledge of internet and web‑based applications
Strong organizational and teamwork skills
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into a deliverable solution
Experience generating detailed reports and delivering a summary of your findings in both spreadsheet and presentation form
Ability to adapt to advancing technology and computer solutions
Highly motivated self‑starter who can work with minimal supervision
Ability to build and maintain positive and productive business relationships with users and team members
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an audience, from senior level executives to business users
Ability to prioritize and multi‑task
Minimum Physical Abilities
Remain standing/sitting for several hours at a time
Lift 10‑15 lbs. occasionally
