Head of U.S. Enterprise Sales & Strategic Partnerships
microagi, San Francisco, CA, United States
Location:
Hybrid — New York City or San Francisco
Compensation:
$250,000 – $500,000 OTE (base + commission + equity + benefits)
About the Role MicroAGI is building the data infrastructure that will power the next generation of embodied AI systems. We are looking for a Head of U.S. Enterprise Sales & Strategic Partnerships to own our most important commercial relationships in the United States.
You will be the primary point of contact for top AI labs, robotics companies, and enterprise customers buying large-scale embodied AI data solutions. This is a senior, high-leverage role for someone who can both close major contracts and shape how MicroAGI expands commercially in the U.S. You should be equally comfortable building trusted relationships with frontier AI organizations, navigating complex technical sales cycles, and helping define our long-term go-to-market motion.
What You'll Do
Own the full commercial relationship with top U.S. AI labs, robotics companies, and strategic enterprise customers
Source, develop, and close high-value B2B contracts, including seven-figure opportunities
Manage the full sales cycle from first conversation through negotiation, contracting, and handoff
Act as the voice of the customer internally — translating market demand into feedback for operations, product, and data teams
Build long-term strategic partnerships with organizations that need large-scale embodied AI data
Help define pricing, packaging, and commercial strategy for MicroAGI's U.S. expansion
Represent MicroAGI credibly with highly technical and senior external stakeholders
Requirements
Proven track record in enterprise sales, business development, strategic partnerships, or technical account leadership
Demonstrated success closing complex, high-value B2B deals
Deep familiarity with the AI, robotics, or frontier technology ecosystem
Ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders with credibility
High agency — you move fast, take ownership, and don't wait to be told what to do
Strong Plus
Background at an AI infrastructure company, robotics company, data labeling or annotation platform, or frontier model ecosystem business
Prior experience selling data, infrastructure, technical services, or AI/ML products
Existing relationships with top AI labs or robotics companies
Experience leading and closing seven-figure deals with AI labs
