Our global B2B Media partner is hiring a Paid Social Planner to join their growing team.

Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid / onsite 1 – 2X week)

Salary: 55K – 75K, plus benefits

Must: Have hands-on experience with LinkedIn and a thourough understanding of platform’s operations.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management: End-to-end ownership of paid social efforts, including planning, “hands-on-keyboard” activation, pacing, and optimization.

Strategy & Consultation: Translate client briefs into data-driven tactical recommendations and testing roadmaps.

Analysis & Reporting: Deliver comprehensive performance insights, metrics, and actionable go-forward recommendations.

Media Collaboration: Align paid social efforts with broader media strategies and maintain vendor relationships with social platforms.

Subject Matter Expertise: Stay current on ad tech advancements to provide best-practice guidance for bid strategies and audience targeting.

Qualifications

Experience: 3-5 years of self-service paid social experience.

B2B Expertise: Proven track record with LinkedIn Ads is a must.

Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management, and verbal/written communication skills.

Soft Skills: A positive, collaborative attitude with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
