Human Resources Specialist – Temp- Mill Valley - $45 – 50/hour
Mission-driven non-profit in southern Marin is seeking an experienced, compliance-minded Human Resources professional for a month long, full-time, project updating and streamlining their HR department processes. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a Generalist role or higher, and able to manage multiple high priority tasks concurrently.
Pay : $45.00–$50.00/hour
Location : San Rafael, CA (Hybrid)
Duration : Temporary, approximately 3+ months with possibility of converting to permanent
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (some flexibility)
Human Resources Specialist projects will include:
Responsibilities
HRIS system optimization
Employee performance evaluation, personnel investigation process redesign
General process implementation and workflow improvement
Other projects as they are identified
Qualifications
3 to 5+ years recent HR experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
Bachelor’s degree in HR, or equivalent work experience
Able to set and consistently meet deadlines
Collaborative and team-oriented mind set
