Executive Assistant to Senior Leadership - Fintech Startup

Our client, a well-backed & an early-stage fintech startup, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support their senior leadership team. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth & brilliant team on the ground floor, supporting key leaders across several departments. You’ll play a critical role in helping the leadership team operate efficiently in a fast-paced, startup environment.

THE NITTY GRITTY
Executive Support
Provide high-level support to several senior executives Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and prioritization across time zones Coordinate domestic and international travel, including multi-stop itineraries Manage communications on behalf of executives Partner closely with an existing EA to divide and conquer support across leadership Provide backup support where needed and flex across priorities Help maintain alignment and communication across a distributed leadership team Operations & Execution
Assist with light office operations Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as the company scales Bring structure and organization to evolving processes Culture & Startup Support
Contribute to a positive, collaborative, & energetic team culture Jump in wherever needed—this is a true startup environment where everyone pitches in Help support team events and moments that build connection THE ESSENTIALS
5+ years of Executive Assistant experience Must have experience supporting senior leaders in high-growth tech startups, fintech, or venture capital Someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys juggling a wide range of responsibilities Comfortable operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail High ownership mentality Positive, can-do approach and team-first mindset THE CHERRY ON TOP

New York City (Hybrid, 3 days in office) COMPENSATION
Base salary: $140,000/yr - $165,000/yr + equity + benefits (exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and expertise)
