We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Entry and Typist Clerk to support daily digital operations. This role focuses on accurate data entry, order processing, and administrative support within a structured remote environment. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and process customer orders into internal systems
- Review order details for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
- Maintain and update digital records and databases
- Prepare basic order summaries and internal reports
- Communicate with team members regarding order status and updates
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth workflow
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 6 months or more of data entry, administrative, or related experience (or equivalent training/education)
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow written procedures and meet deadlines
- Reliable internet connection and access to a personal computer
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
