Order Entry and Typist Clerk (Remote)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Entry and Typist Clerk to support daily digital operations. This role focuses on accurate data entry, order processing, and administrative support within a structured remote environment. It is ideal for individuals who enjoy routine, organized work and value precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and process customer orders into internal systems
• Review order details for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
• Maintain and update digital records and databases
• Prepare basic order summaries and internal reports
• Communicate with team members regarding order status and updates
• Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth workflow

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• 6 months or more of data entry, administrative, or related experience (or equivalent training/education)
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Strong typing skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow written procedures and meet deadlines
• Reliable internet connection and access to a personal computer
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

• Experience with order processing or data management systems
• Previous remote work experience
• Familiarity with spreadsheets and internal databases
