We're looking for a hands-on Sales Manager who can develop talent, hold a team accountable, and lead from the front. This isn't a sit-back-and-manage roleyou'll be in the trenches, coaching closers, sharpening skills, and ensuring your team produces results. Build and Develop a Winning Team Recruit, hire, and onboard high-potential sales talent. You know what a closer looks likeand how to spot one quickly. Train and Coach for Performance Work directly with your team in the field to improve: Closing ability Objection handling Communication and presentation skills You don't just talk salesyou teach it. Drive Sales Results Own your team's performance. Set the standard, track the numbers, and make sure goals are consistently hit (and exceeded). Lead from the Front This is a player-coach role. You'll be expected to lead by example, step in when needed, and help close deals.
