Hyatt seeks an enthusiastic Associate Manager to join our Global Marketing Team. In this role, you will collaborate closely alongside World of Hyatt Social Media colleagues and cross‑functional teams, contributing to Hyatt’s social media presence and strategic content.

The Role As Associate Manager, Social Media, you will work closely with World of Hyatt Social Media colleagues and peers in Brand, Global Media, Communications, and other departments to ensure the content on World of Hyatt’s social platforms authentically reflects our portfolios, partnerships, and people, while supporting social business goals.
Primary Job Responsibilities
Creating strategic briefs to inform creative partners of data‑driven social concepts for upcoming evergreen content and real‑time trending content.
Scheduling and publishing content via a social media management tool.
Monitoring and analyzing social performance, leveraging insights and recommendations to improve future content.
Responding quickly to relevant and important social media trends with creative partners for key channels.
Managing day‑to‑day optimization of key social channels, ensuring content aligns with platform best practices.
Developing social‑first strategies and content plans for ongoing evergreen and campaign efforts.
Serving as content creator and influencer manager for strategic campaigns.
Engaging in proactive community management and surprise & delight efforts alongside Global Care Center colleagues.
Creating quarterly hotel toolkits with creative partners for the social media management tool for various initiatives.
Coordinating with internal teams to amplify marketing campaigns.
Providing light community management on key channels for high‑priority initiatives.
Coordinating with the Global Media team on ongoing paid social efforts.
Qualifications Experience Required
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in a social media management role.
Knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional marketing.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Communications, English, or a technology‑related field.
Creativity and immersion in social media with in‑depth knowledge and understanding of platforms.
Strong familiarity with Sprinklr or similar social media management tools.
Ability to work with a variety of partners and team members across projects.
Highly self‑motivated.
Proven analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Experience Preferred
Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills.
Project management skills are a plus.
Excellent writing and language skills.
Salary The salary range for this position is $70,000–$80,000. This position is also eligible to earn incentive awards, an annual bonus, monthly or quarterly incentives, etc. Final pay will depend on experience, skill level, and other qualifications, and will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
