Job Overview
Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I)
The position begins with obtaining Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7 and Series 66). The Advisor provides comprehensive financial advice, builds client relationships, and delivers investment solutions within the Bank of America network.
All candidates must register as required by the SAFE Act, undergo a background check, and maintain registration in good standing.
Key Responsibilities
Obtain and maintain required securities licenses.
Build, manage, and deepen client relationships.
Deliver client reviews, presentations, and confidence‑based recommendations.
Recommend financial strategies that align with client goals.
Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to meet client needs.
Required Qualifications
Aptitude for obtaining industry licenses.
Self‑discipline in time and capacity management.
Experience in cultivating client relationships and recommending solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Results‑driven mindset, prioritizing client interest in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
Adaptability to new technology or applications.
Must register for the SAFE Act and comply with background check requirements.
Desired Qualifications
Current FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) holder.
Bachelor’s degree or at least one year of financial services or sales experience.
