Job Description
This role involves engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist them with transactions via self‑service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. Key responsibilities include accurately and efficiently processing cash transactions and conducting deep conversations with clients to understand their financial and life priorities, connecting them to solutions that meet their goals. Key Responsibilities
Execute the bank's risk culture and pursue operational excellence. Build relationships with clients to meet their financial needs. Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments. Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively. Drive the client experience. Manage cash responsibilities. Required Qualifications
Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results, acting in the best interest of the client. Collaborative, building and nurturing strong relationships. Passionate, committed, and driven to deliver an improved client financial experience. Confident in identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs. Communicates effectively and confidently, comfortable engaging all clients. Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms. Confident in educating clients on simple banking transactions through self‑service technologies (e.g., ATM, online banking, mobile banking). Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to meet client needs. Follows established processes and guidelines, ensuring compliance. Efficient time and capacity management. Results oriented while acting in the best interest of the client. Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours and travel to any financial center location within a reasonable distance. Desired Qualifications
Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions. One year of proven sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals. Six months of cash handling experience. Bachelor's Degree or relevant Associate’s Degree (business management, business administration, finance, etc.). Skills

Pay:
