The Opportunity
Join a high-performing US sales team at the forefront of building client relationships and driving revenue growth. This role focuses on retaining and expanding existing accounts, with strong cross-functional collaboration across sales, product and customer success.

What You'll Work On
Managing and growing relationships across a book of key enterprise clients
Driving account expansion, targeting 135% net retention
Demonstrating new platform features and products to clients
Attending relevant industry conferences and events
Developing pricing strategies to upsell and cross-sell additional products
Engaging senior decision makers to uncover future business opportunities
Maintaining accurate CRM records of all client interactions
About You
6+ years of account management experience in Capital Markets, B2B Sales or Business Development
Strong knowledge of financial markets with a demonstrated ability to build relationships across buy-side, sell-side and advisory communities
Proven track record managing and growing an enterprise book of business ($1m+)
Existing network within the Leveraged Finance community is a strong advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
$150,000-$170,000 base salary (Double OTE) + Uncapped commission + Equity
