Search Marketing Specialist Opportunity | Hybrid (Hauppauge, NY) I’m currently working with a well-established, award-winning digital agency that is looking to add a Paid Search Specialist to their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the technical and strategic side of digital marketing—someone who likes rolling up their sleeves, analyzing performance, and making real-time optimizations that drive results. This position offers strong exposure across campaigns and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to overall performance strategy. Important: Candidates must be based locally to Hauppauge, NY and able to work onsite three days per week (Tuesday–Thursday) as part of a hybrid schedule. In this role, you will: Execute and refine paid search campaigns across platforms Analyze performance data and make informed optimization decisions Manage keyword strategy, bidding, and budget pacing Collaborate with internal teams to enhance campaign effectiveness Test and iterate on ad copy and targeting strategies Stay up to date with evolving trends and platform updates What they’re seeking: Around 2+ years of experience in paid search or digital marketing Strong familiarity with Google Ads, Analytics, and campaign optimization A data-driven mindset with solid analytical capabilities Someone who is organized, detail-focused, and proactive Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a deadline-driven environment This is a great opportunity to join a team where your work directly impacts performance and growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr
