The Opportunity
Mariner Freight Systems is seeking a proven logistics sales professional who brings existing shipper relationships or an active book of business . If you already know how to move freight and generate margin, we’ll give you the tools, support, and compensation structure to scale your success.
What You’ll Do
Leverage your existing network and relationships to generate freight opportunities
Manage and grow your book of business across key industries
Negotiate rates with shippers and carriers to maximize margin
Coordinate with the Mariner Freight Systems operations team to ensure smooth execution and high service levels
Continuously expand your pipeline through referrals and strategic outreach
What We’re Looking For
2+ years in freight brokerage sales (preferred)
Established book of business and/or strong local shipper relationships
Proven track record of revenue generation and margin growth
Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
Self-starter mentality with a drive to earn
