Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive based in Santa Rosa, CA. The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and crafting marketing solutions tailored to the needs of advertisers. Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, negotiating contracts, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining a deep understanding of market trends to drive revenue growth. The role requires effective communication and collaboration to achieve client and company goals.
Qualifications
- Sales and relationship-building skills, including experience in account management and developing new business opportunities
- Marketing knowledge, particularly in media, digital marketing, and innovative branding solutions
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with diverse clients and audiences
- Organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple accounts and meeting tight deadlines
- Familiarity with the media industry, particularly audio, digital, events, and social media, is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
