We’re Hiring: Account Executive (Radio + Digital Advertising) – SF Bay Area We’re looking for a driven, client-focused Account Executive to join our multilingual (English/Spanish) radio and digital media group. If you know how to sell marketing solutions—not just inventory—and have experience working with small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in the Bay Area, this is a high-upside opportunity. What You’ll Do Prospect, pitch, and close new SMB clients across the Greater SF Bay Area Sell integrated campaigns across: On‑air radio (English & Spanish programming) Streaming / digital audio Digital advertising (display, social, etc.) Grow existing accounts through upselling and cross‑selling Build relationships with local business owners and decision‑makers Meet and exceed revenue targets What We’re Looking For Ideally 3+ years of sales experience (media, advertising, or B2B preferred) Strong track record selling to SMBs Familiarity with the Bay Area business landscape Confident communicator with solid closing skills Spanish language skills a strong plus What You Get Commission based High‑growth platform (radio + streaming + digital) Opportunity to sell into diverse, multicultural audiences Flexible, field‑based role with strong earning potential If you’re entrepreneurial, locally connected, and ready to grow revenue in a multi‑platform environment, we’d love to connect.
