About the Opportunity – Client Account Specialist
This long-term temporary opportunity supports international client accounts within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The Client Account Specialist is responsible for managing complex orders, coordinating shipments, and ensuring accurate documentation for global customers.

Key Responsibilities – Client Account Specialist

• Process international client orders from inception to close
• Enter and manage sales orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with client requirements
• Coordinate freight and transportation providers for shipment processing
• Gather and prepare required documentation, including certificates and government forms
• Maintain communication with assigned client accounts regarding order status
• Track orders and shipment updates to ensure timely delivery
• Prepare invoices and assist with billing-related tasks
• Utilize translation tools to interpret international orders and shipping documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order or account issues

Qualifications – Client Account Specialist

• Previous experience in customer service, logistics, order processing, or account support preferred
• International shipping or documentation experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written communication skills: minimal phone work required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (advanced skills such as pivot tables or lookups a plus)
• Experience with invoicing, purchase orders, or accounting systems preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn
