Senior Director of Finance
The Senior Director of Finance is a strategic finance leader and key business partner to senior leadership. This Senior Director of Finance will drive planning, performance, and investment decisions while leading a high-performing team and influencing business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to drive strategy, performance, and investment decisions
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Analyze key drivers (revenue, margin, costs) and deliver actionable insights
- Evaluate investments and build financial models/scenarios
- Ensure accuracy and governance of financial reporting
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
- 10–15 years of relevant finance experience with leadership responsibility
- Background in manufacturing, consumer products, or similar
