Business Developer (Sales & Staffing) Location:

Various (incl. travel as specified)

Duties and Responsibilities

Establish and develop long‑term client relationships across multiple service lines (transactional accounting, finance, supply chain, administration, and operations).

Conduct prospecting activities, including phone/email outreach, client visits, and other engagement methods.

Maintain a target account list and actively grow it.

Manage open job orders from intake to fulfillment.

Generate leads through professional relationships, candidate interviews, and related interactions to support business development and sales efforts.

Achieve performance objectives tied to activity and individual gross margin per job level and line of business.

Use the Applicant Tracking System consistently to log all activity.

Collaborate with teammates to cross‑sell and/or fulfill open positions across other lines of business and national practices as appropriate.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in B2B sales; advanced relevant experience may substitute degree.

2–3 years of B2B sales experience with proven success in meeting/exceeding performance goals.

Highly organized, detail‑oriented, adaptable, and economically motivated.

Technical and Basic Skills

Proficient with MS Office Suite; Bullhorn experience preferred.

Able to work with urgency, meet tight deadlines, and drive results.

Travel Occasional travel (approximately 10%) to annual conferences or client sites.

Salary Range $45,000 USD – $75,000 USD
