Support Outside Sales with quoting, order entry, and customer account coordination Maintain accurate client documentation and CRM records Respond to customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues Identify opportunities to expand product usage within existing accounts Generate reports and support weekly sales activity tracking Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a strong customer experience Qualifications
2+ years of sales support, customer support, or inside sales experience SAP experience required Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities CRM experience (Salesforce or similar preferred) Excellent communication and follow-through skills Why apply
