Community Development Specialist (Level II)

We’re hiring a Community Development Specialist (Level II) at GVTC to help us expand into new markets and continue building out our fiber footprint.
This role sits right in the middle of where strategy meets execution:
Identifying new community opportunities
Working directly with developers, HOAs, and property owners
Supporting MDU deals and market expansion
Helping move projects from idea to build
If you’ve worked in MDU, telecom, real estate development, or business development in this space, you know how much coordination, timing, and relationship‑building it takes to get these deals done right.
