About the Role GVTC is seeking a high-impact, results‑driven professional to accelerate market growth by securing and advancing residential and multi‑dwelling (MDU) opportunities. This role is built for someone who thrives on creating deals, building strategic partnerships, and turning early‑stage opportunities into revenue‑generating communities.

You will operate in a field‑driven, performance‑focused environment. Owning relationships, driving agreements, and directly contributing to GVTC’s expansion and long‑term revenue growth.

What You’ll Own Market Growth & Deal Development

Identify and secure new MDU, HOA, and residential development opportunities.

Target high‑value, underserved, and strategic expansion markets.

Drive early engagement with decision‑makers to position GVTC as the preferred provider.

Strategic Relationship Management

Build and influence relationships with developers, property owners, and key stakeholders.

Establish GVTC as a trusted long‑term partner in community development.

Represent GVTC in all external engagements, negotiations, and site interactions.

Lead consultative conversations to align GVTC’s solutions (fiber, Wi‑Fi, security, smart tech) with client needs.

Position bundled and managed services to maximize long‑term value and revenue.

Opportunity Execution & Agreements

Advance opportunities from initial contact through agreement execution and launch readiness.

Support negotiation of bulk agreements, marketing agreements, and service contracts.

Partner with internal teams (Engineering, Legal, Finance) to move deals forward efficiently.

Own and actively manage a pipeline of opportunities with clear stages and next actions.

Maintain accurate CRM tracking, forecasting, and reporting.

Deliver consistent pipeline progression aligned with growth targets.

Field Intelligence & Validation

Conduct site visits to validate development timelines and readiness.

Monitor market activity, competition, and emerging opportunities.

Leverage field insights to inform strategy and prioritization.

Qualifications

3–5+ years in telecom, business development, real estate development, or related field.

Proven ability to develop opportunities and drive deals to execution.

Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working in MDU/SFU or development environments preferred.

Self‑starter with high accountability and strong follow‑through.

Technical & Professional Skills

Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously.

Work Environment & Requirements

Travel required up to 50% for fieldwork and stakeholder engagement.

Ability to operate a motor vehicle and attend on‑site meetings.

Combination of field, remote, and office‑based work.
