CSR/Recruiter
We are looking for a CSR/Recruiter to manage job postings, review applicant qualifications, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews. You will play a key role in streamlining the hiring process, assisting both the department manager and candidates to ensure a seamless experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruiting and a strong ability to identify top talent.

Proactively source and recruit top-tier candidates to support company growth.
Post job descriptions through applicant tracking software, job boards, social media platforms, and word-of-mouth.
Develop and maintain candidate pipelines.
Conduct initial pre-screening interviews and provide insights to hiring managers.
Coordinate interview scheduling between hiring teams and applicants.
Requirements
No degree is needed.
We are looking for coachable candidates with rapport-building experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Excellent phone etiquette.
Experience as an administrative assistant, recruiter, or HR.
