Our client, an industrial solutions company, is seeking a Customer Service Associate in the Lexington KY area. In this role, you will learn the ERP system, follow set processes for quoting and order handling, develop professionalism, and become a reliable point of contact while supporting customers and operations.
Customer Service Representative Location: Lexington KY FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Salary Range: 35-45K DOE Key Responsibilities:
Use the ERP system to generate accurate quotations and manage customer orders efficiently
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, understand their requirements, and build strong relationships
Source and purchase parts according to client specifications while coordinating with vendors
Maintain precise records of quotes, orders, and customer information in internal systems
Monitor order progress and collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and logistics to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution
Follow company procedures, develop professional communication skills, and gradually become a dependable point of contact for customers
Qualifications:
Quick to learn and adaptable
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills with a customer‑focused approach
Works well in a team and maintains professionalism
Comfortable using basic computer tools such as Microsoft Office, ERP systems, CRM, and Gmail
