Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Parrish, FL, for a Business Development Partner. The individual will be responsible for identifying and fostering new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and supporting the company's expansion strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include: Leading client meetings Implementing growth initiatives Delivering professional training Providing strategic consultation to optimize service offerings Overseeing project management activities to ensure timely execution of business goals Qualifications Proven expertise in Leadership Development and effective team management Experience in designing and delivering professional Training programs Strong Project Management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Effective Consulting abilities, with experience solving problems and implementing strategic solutions Proficiency in Sales, including relationship building and achieving revenue targets Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in notary services, real estate, or a similar industry is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
