Job Overview Sasaki is seeking a full‑time Marketing Coordinator to join our Boston office. As a marketing coordinator at Sasaki, you will play a pivotal role in the execution of high‑quality marketing materials for different work streams, including but not limited to proposals, qualification documents, and other marketing collateral. You will also support the firm’s business‑development activities in collaboration with the Marketing Manager. This is not an SEO, SEM, social media, digital, or product marketing role. Job Responsibilities Lead the pursuit process: hold kickoff meetings, develop proposals (including writing, proofreading, layout, and graphic design) and coordinate with external consultants. Adhere to strict RFP requirements while meeting deadlines. Maintain a library of marketing materials, including team résumés and project profiles. Assist the Marketing Manager with preparation for pursuit interviews. Manage project and client data in the firm’s CRM database. Assist with assorted marketing tasks such as research initiatives on potential clients, competitors, and market trends, and conference preparation and event planning, as needed. Required Skill Set 1–4 years of experience working for an AEC firm, with specific experience on proposals and managing multiple deadlines. Strong InDesign skills working within a branded template. Experience communicating the strengths of a company with a large and complex portfolio of work, especially through the RFP/RFQ process. Comfortable communicating with senior firm leaders, leading kickoff meetings, and coordinating with external partners. Organized, detail‑oriented, with a proven system for proofreading, managing deadlines, and adhering to RFP/RFQ requirements. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Desired Skills & Attributes Passion for the design industry and urbanism; quick to become a subject‑matter expert and pursue continuous learning. Experience within landscape architecture, planning, and/or urban design projects. Experience with OpenAsset and Deltek VantagePoint. Ability to work as part of a larger team, jumping in where needed to help fellow coordinators. Proven independent problem‑solving skills and curiosity for continual learning. Experience working in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
