
Digital Print Operator & Prepress

The Production Specialist operates high‑speed production equipment to provide reprographic and digital printing support services for internal and external customers. This role ensures proper set‑up and imposition of print orders, plans and executes daily work assignments, manages individual workflow, and performs continuous quality checks at each production stage. The specialist completes all required order‑management system stages to meet customer expectations, CPD productivity standards, and performance checkpoints.

Ensure proper set‑up and imposition of print orders to meet quality standards.
Plan and execute daily work assignments and manage individual workflow.
Perform ongoing quality control procedures, checking work at the end of each production stage.
Complete all required order‑management system stages to meet customer expectations and performance control checkpoints.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
1–3 years of relevant experience.
Ability to work effectively as a team member in a professional work environment.
Sound judgment, strong planning, prioritization and execution skills.
Active listening and effective communication to analyze customer and employee needs.
Capability to learn new information and processes within company guidelines.
Strong multi‑tasking and time‑management skills.
Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule Salary range: $18.30 /hour to $27.92 /hour (subject to state and local minimum wage compliance).
