Responsibilities
Receive training on AAA products and services to confidently interact with members and help meet cross‑selling goals.
Earn opportunities for advancement via skills‑based pay increases, monthly bonuses, and career growth. 90% of managers are promoted from within.
Be eligible for a competitive benefits package, including paid volunteer time and a pension plan.
Provide exceptional service to members in branch and over the phone regarding insurance policies, membership, insurance billing, and other services such as passport photos, road‑trip planning, and cashiering duties.
Perform routine and advanced duties in support of agents and other team members.
Develop insurance leads for office sales agents and life specialists.
Be available during branch hours: Monday–Friday 9 am–5 pm and Saturday 10 am–2 pm. Closed on Sundays and most holidays.
Ideal Candidate
Prior experience in insurance, retail sales, banking, or a similar customer service/sales environment.
Advanced customer service skills.
Ability to work overtime, including Saturdays.
Ability to travel locally when necessary.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office basics.
Proven ability to exceed assigned sales or service quality goals.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Adaptability to change and ability to meet deadlines.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED.
Successful completion of background check and drug screening.
Ability to qualify for a Property and Casualty License.
