Job Overview
Housing Visions is growing again, and we need great people to join our team! This full‑time, benefit‑eligible position is located at our Moyer Carriage Lofts office, 1714 N. Salina St., Syracuse. Pay range: $17–$19 per hour.
Schedule & Hours Monday – Thursday, 7:00 am – 4:30 pm; Friday, 7:00 am – 11:00 am. Total: 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities Day‑to‑day clerical functions in support of the Property Manager, including, but not limited to, rent collection/accounts receivable, leasing, answering phones, opening mail, filing, supply ordering, and special projects. Monitor quality service, marketing, and resident relations while maintaining the company investment and meeting company goals.
