Keno Writer (Encargado del Keno) Provide guests with a great gaming experience by offering friendly service with a positive attitude while writing, running and paying Keno tickets. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all company standards, policies, and procedures. Input Keno tickets into the computer system from both guests and Keno runners. Collect money for tickets and pay winners. Maintain an accurate account of personal Keno bank. Inform game supervisor of Keno-related disputes, including but not limited to incorrectly marked Keno tickets, customer complaints, and late pays. Minimum age requirement is 21. Have basic math skills. Have money-handling skills. Have a basic understanding of the different pay rates and costs of tickets. Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Must be able to obtain a Gaming work card for the jurisdiction in which the property is located.
