
Customer service rep

The Customer Service Rep is responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound phone calls from/to patients, caregivers and providers and provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller. Must be able to work 100% Onsite during the 6-8 weeks of training (hours 8 am - 4:30 pm. Once successful completion of training you will be able to work from home. Schedules 10:00 am - 6:30 pm. Qualifications:
Previous call center experience preferred.
Previous healthcare experience desired
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Able to type 35 wpm or greater.
Pharmacy Board Technician Registration required either before or on the first day of employment.
Possible conversion to FTE is available.
salary: $16 - $17 per hour

work hours: 10 AM - 6:30 PM

Responsibilities
