Consultant

Pine Services Group, Grand Rapids, MI, United States

Raiz is at the forefront of a shift in how companies manage their finances. As one of the earliest partners of Rillet - the leading AI-native ERP - we’re helping finance teams move faster, close cleaner, and operate with a level of clarity that legacy systems simply can’t offer. We’re not just implementing software; we’re building a new model to be a true AI partner to our clients. We’re a small, intentionally built team. Our delivery practice is led by our Lead Consultant, and this position represents the inaugural hire within that function. You’ll work closely alongside senior leadership on client engagements gaining exposure to the full client lifecycle from day one and have a real hand in shaping how Raiz delivers. We’re people-first in how we operate: we move with intention, invest in the people who join us, and care about doing the work well. That foundation is strengthened by the backing of Pine Services Group, a private equity firm with deep operational experience building great technology services companies.

About the Role We’re looking for an accountant or finance professional who’s genuinely excited about the intersection of finance and technology. You don’t need a long consulting resume- you need the accounting depth to earn trust with CFOs and Controllers, and a curiosity about modern tools that motivates you to keep learning. You’ll work directly alongside our Lead Consultant, supporting Rillet implementations, configuring finance systems, and helping shape the delivery standards that will define our practice. If you value meaningful client relationships, care about doing right by the people you work with, and want to grow inside a firm that’s building something worth building - we’d love to hear from you.

Support and execute Rillet implementations from kickoff to go-live alongside the Lead Consultant, helping CFOs and Controllers modernize their finance operations with AI.

Configure solutions that translate complex accounting workflows into simple, scalable systems.

Help build the playbook; contribute to best practices and delivery documentation as we establish our consulting approach.

Assist with client scoping and sales handoffs as you develop your understanding of the full engagement lifecycle.

Deliver excellence - projects on time, clients delighted, and systems that work the first time.

Stay curious! Continuously learn new tools, automations, and workflows that push what’s possible in modern finance.
