Director, Global Oncology Market Access Lung

The Director, Global Oncology Market Access Lung will lead the development of access strategies for pipeline assets with lung indications. This role requires deep knowledge of the lung cancer access landscape and the ability to synthesize complex information to formulate market‑access considerations, deliver a concise narrative, and lead discussions in key forums.
Primary Activities Include, But Are Not Limited To
Translate deep knowledge of the lung access landscape, competitors, payers and access trends into actionable insights and access strategies.
Collaborate with Oncology Global Market Access, Pricing, Marketing, and other cross‑functional teams to provide critical lung market‑access viewpoints across stakeholder workstreams.
Develop payer value proposition and scientific narrative for pipeline assets with lung indications.
Lead the lung strategy development for selected pipeline assets and lead discussions at key forums and meetings.
Monitor oncology global competitors, comparator prices and strategies.
Collaborate with GMAx asset leads to ensure coherent strategy development.
Education Minimum Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in a business or science related discipline.
Master’s degree (MBA/MS) or other post‑graduate degree (preferred).
Required Knowledge And Skills
Oncology expertise, including knowledge of the lung clinical development space.
Understanding of the global payer environment and perspectives in lung cancer.
Experience in influencing, negotiation, conflict resolution.
Strategic thinking and integration skills.
Experience leading cross‑functional matrix teams and large strategic initiatives.
Strong project management and operational skills.
Ability to develop and communicate scientific‑based strategies and messages.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong commercial orientation and business acumen.
Preferred Knowledge And Skills
7 years in oncology and/or market access, pricing, and business development.
Market access and product launch experience.
Compensation Salary range: $190,800.00 – $300,300.00. Annual bonus and long‑term incentive applicable. Eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid holidays, vacation and sick days.
Work Arrangement U.S. Hybrid Work Model: employees in office‑based positions will work a hybrid schedule of three on‑site days per week (Monday‑Thursday) and one remote day (Friday), except where business critical tasks require on‑site presence or for designated remote roles.
