
Sr Pricing Analyst

As a Sr. Pricing Analyst at Honeywell, you will analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to identify pricing opportunities, collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive pricing initiatives, and provide recommendations based on data analysis. You will monitor pricing performance, adjust strategies as needed, and present findings to executives. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
You will report directly to the Sr Director of Pricing and work out of our Aguadilla, PR location. External hires will begin with 90 days onsite before transitioning to a 3/2 hybrid schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize profitability
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify pricing opportunities
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive pricing initiatives
Perform pricing analysis and provide recommendations for pricing decisions
Monitor and evaluate pricing performance and make adjustments as needed
Process optimization and standardization
Collaborate with teams in a global environment
Travel, up to 10%, may be expected.
Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of experience in pricing or a related field
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Proficiency in data analysis and pricing tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to read, write and speak English and Spanish
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field
Master's degree or advanced certification is a plus
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics in the Aero industry
