Job Description
As a
Principal Pricing Analyst , you will lead key projects supporting the Government End Use Pricing team to identify pricing opportunities and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive pricing initiatives. Your strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and pricing tools will enable you to perform pricing analysis and provide recommendations for pricing decisions. You will monitor and evaluate pricing performance, making adjustments as needed. This role requires excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
You will report directly to the Defense Price Desk Operations Director and work out of our Tempe, AZ or Aguadilla, Puerto Rico location on a hybrid schedule.
Your expertise in pricing analysis and recommendations will help the organization maximize revenue generation and improve profitability. By collaborating with cross‑functional teams, you will drive pricing initiatives and achieve business objectives, fostering alignment and ensuring successful implementation of pricing strategies. Key Responsibilities
Lead pricing projects for the defense price desk team
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify pricing opportunities
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive pricing initiatives and achieve business objectives
Perform pricing analysis and provide recommendations for pricing decisions
Monitor and evaluate pricing performance and make adjustments as needed
Qualifications
Minimum of 6 years of experience in finance, pricing, or marketing project management
Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing successful pricing strategies
Strong guiding and team management skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment
Proficient in project management tools and software

Bachelor's degree in Business‑related field: Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience with FAR/DFARS regulations and/or Government Pricing experience
Ability to think critically and adapt to tasks in a quickly changing environment
