Position Summary The Account Executive owns high‑velocity new logo sales, focusing on efficient qualification, clear value articulation, and fast deal progression.
Job Duties
Manage full‑cycle Small and Medium‑Sized Business, or SMB, new‑logo sales with high activity and pipeline volume
Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities quickly
Diligently prospect to drive new‑logo pipeline development
Conduct focused discovery on key customer pain points
Deliver standardized, value‑oriented demos
Maintain disciplined pipeline and CRM hygiene
Close deals within pricing and packaging guardrails
Ensure clean handoff to Customer Success and Account Management
All other job‑related duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
3–5+ years of SaaS, healthcare technology sales, or inside sales experience
Experience selling into home‑based healthcare, the broader healthcare industry, or health technology organizations is strongly preferred
Experience managing a high‑volume pipeline
Strong financial and value‑based selling skills
Strong communication skills
Consistent quota attainment
Work Environment
This role is preferred to be based in Nashville or Jacksonville, near Mosai's offices. Quarterly travel is required for sales team meetings and trainings.
Travel required to clients, conferences, and prospects as needed.
Physical Demands
This position uses a computer and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The in‑office noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. Frequent interruptions may be encountered throughout the workday.
The employee is required to either stand or sit, talk and hear frequently, and use repetitive keying or hand motions.
