If you live within 50 miles of Aflac offices in Southern Texas, you will be expected to work in‑office at least 60% of the week and from home the remaining time.
If you live more than 50 miles from these offices, the role is remote; you may need to travel occasionally for business needs, with advance notice.

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Life and Health licenses required for assigned regions
5–7+ years of experience selling group benefits to large and national employers
5+ years experience with top national size segment producers within assigned territory
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Establish, manage, and maintain long‑term relationships with key National Account Producers (Brokers/Consultants)
Conduct site visits and capability meetings to achieve sales targets
Develop and execute plans to increase opportunities and introduce products/services to targeted partners
Execute sales plans to grow revenue and market share in the assigned territory
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet sales objectives aligned with company strategy
Maintain deep knowledge of all products, services, and operational structure for solution selling
Close large cases across the assigned Aflac block of business
Contribute market intelligence, feedback, and process improvements to enhance performance
Act in a manner that supports a positive company image and complies with all regulations and ethical standards
Manage allocated expense budget
Stay current on market changes and trends, assess impacts, and incorporate solutions
Maintain accurate sales call data and complete reports in required systems
Meet or exceed all sales goals for the territory
Provide information and solutions to internal and external partners on company products, services, and capabilities
Support retention efforts and identify cross‑sell/cross‑partner opportunities
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, licenses, and guidelines
