Hybrid:

If you live within 50 miles of the Aflac offices in Columbus, GA or Columbia, SC, the role will be hybrid, with at least 60% of the work week in the office. The remaining portion of the work week will be remote.

Remote:

If you live more than 50 miles from those offices, the role will be remote. Occasional office visits may be requested based on business needs.

Proficiency in CRM and account management tools (preferred)

Educational & Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or related field

4 or more years’ experience in relationship management directly aligned with this position’s responsibilities

Upon Hire Certifications/Licensure: Licenses dependent upon product being supported with specified time frame

Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Travel:

Less than or equal to 25%

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

Act as a subject matter expert to internal stakeholders by consulting on complex strategies to optimize client satisfaction and retention

Build, enhance, and maintain effective relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction

Conduct stewardship, site visits, and regularly scheduled meetings with clients

Cultivate, direct, and maintain client relationships

Develop and maintain plans to support retention sales and product growth within existing clients

Develop, maintain, and execute more complex client relationship plans to ensure the clients’ overall service needs are satisfied and achieve the business and profitability/retention objectives of the organization

Identify and resolve complex client issues in a timely and collaborative manner

Identify clients with retention risk, develop and execute plans to retain clients, and notify management

Provide feedback to internal partners on clients

Serve as a resource to internal stakeholders and consult on more complex relationship management/sales solutions to optimize satisfaction/retention and achieve business results

Partner with internal business units to ensure overall organization growth and success

Perform other related duties as required

Total Rewards:

The salary range for this job is $120,000 - $140,000. The range considers education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and peer compensation. Compensation may be dependent on circumstances. This range does not include potential incentive pay or benefits. Other compensation information will be provided separately.
