In this role, you will help define, deliver, and support IT initiatives that directly impact how our Aerospace teams operate, innovate, and grow. From improving business processes to enabling smarter, faster decision making, your work will help drive measurable outcomes and long‑term success across the organization.

Responsibilities
Assist in understanding business needs, process gaps, and technology opportunities across Aerospace business units.
Support Business Relationship Managers in gathering requirements, documenting workflows, and helping translate business objectives into potential IT or AI solutions.
Build foundational relationships with business stakeholders to ensure clear communication between IT and the business.
Help identify simple use cases where AI, automation, or low‑code solutions (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio) can improve productivity or streamline processes.
Support citizen developers by providing guidance on best practices, governance steps, and safe/secure use of AI and automation tools.
Assist with AI‑driven tasks such as:
Creating dashboards or insights
Building simple automated workflows
Evaluating opportunities for generative AI copilots
Promote digital literacy and help business users adopt new AI‑driven features and capabilities.
Contribute to the creation of technology roadmaps by gathering input from business teams and researching modern tools and trends.
Assist with developing use‑case documentation, business cases, and user stories for new technology initiatives.
Participate in workshops and working sessions around process improvement and AI adoption.
Assist in project tracking, coordination, and documentation to ensure initiatives stay aligned with business requirements and timelines.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT), user onboarding, and training activities for new systems or AI‑enabled solutions.
Help monitor system performance, gather feedback, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Foundational understanding of artificial intelligence concepts (e.g., generative AI, large language models, machine learning basics).
Exposure to data tools, analytics, or low‑code
o‑code platforms such as Power BI, Power Apps, or workflow automation tools.
Ability to learn and apply AI copilots and citizen developer tools.
Basic knowledge of IT systems, databases, or enterprise applications.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical ideas into business terms.
Interest in learning business processes and how technology drives value.
Ability to gather requirements, analyze problems, and propose potential solutions.
Collaborative working style with strong teamwork and relationship‑building skills.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in an IT or technology environment, applying advanced project management principles and customer service best practices, with demonstrated advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills (e.g., complex analysis, dashboards, executive‑level reporting).
3+ years of experience working within Lean, Agile, and/or Scrum program management environments.
