Operations Manager – Claims / Office Management

Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Job Summary This role is responsible for overseeing the technical and operational functions across assigned office locations, ensuring compliance with company standards and industry best practices. The Operations Manager ensures consistent delivery of high-quality services, maintains direct operational responsibility for their primary office location, and leads staffing, training, budgeting, and profit and loss management efforts. This position has direct and/or indirect oversight of approximately 50–99 employees.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee overall operations management for assigned offices/locations
Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with:
Industry best practices
Claims management service standards
State regulations
Client service requirements
Develop and execute business plans, including setting goals and objectives for assigned offices
Monitor and analyze management reports related to office and partner performance
Support and coordinate sales and client service initiatives
Manage staffing, training, and team development across locations
Oversee budget preparation and profit & loss (P&L) management
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
Professional certifications such as CPCU, ARM, AIM, and/or AIC preferred
Required licenses as applicable
Experience
Minimum of 10 years of claims management experience
At least 3 years of prior supervisory or leadership experience
Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
