Eaton’s North American Sales division is currently seeking a
Regional HR Manager – West Region
to join their team. This exciting opportunity provides the chance to shape culture, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness across the West region, while providing visibility with the regional Leadership Team in a dynamic, fast‑paced sales organization. The position can be located in City of Industry, California; Los Angeles, California; Phoenix, Arizona; or Littleton, Colorado sales office. Up to 50% travel will be required, and a hybrid (3 onsite / 2 remote) work model is available.
In This Role You Will
Be a driving force in ensuring a strong and committed culture of learning, transparency, ethics, passion, accountability, and efficiency.
Drive positive employee relations to provide an optimal work environment for all employees, deploying communication plans and assessment tools (e.g., the employee survey) to identify organizational issues and action plans.
Build organizational capability through ownership of talent management processes including acquisition, assessment, performance management, and employee development.
Manage and develop employee compensation/reward and recognition programs, including benchmarking with Eaton and the external marketplace.
Support workforce planning through headcount planning, manning levels, and recruitment.
Introduce and implement HR policies & procedures, including performance management processes, in accordance with Eaton standards.
Provide leadership guidance and mentoring, developing and implementing solutions to organizational challenges by leading and coaching others through change.
Promote safety and continuous improvement culture.
Understand and consider all applicable legal implications when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources.
Eaton will not provide immigration sponsorship or relocation assistance for this position; candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of the listed offices. Active‑Duty military service members are exempt from the geographical limitation.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field from an accredited institution.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM‑CP, SHRM‑SCP, PHR, SPHR).
Experience in the sales or manufacturing industry.

Solid understanding of local regulations and standards.
Effective communication skills with people at all levels of the organization.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.

At Eaton, we strive to provide compensation and benefits that attract, engage, and retain the best talent. The expected annual salary range for this role is $113,000 – $165,000. This role is not eligible for a variable incentive program.
