Proven experience in international hiring (especially US/Global markets) Prior experience working in night shifts / US shift timings Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills Excellent communication and coordination abilities Ability to work independently and handle multiple roles simultaneously Must be comfortable working in US shift (night shift) Immediate joiners preferred Hands-on experience with end-to-end recruitment cycle What You’ll Do
