The Marketing Coordinator will support strategic marketing initiatives that accelerate brand awareness, sales engagement, and revenue growth. This role is ideal for a proactive, ambitious marketer who wants to make a meaningful impact on business growth while gaining hands-on experience in campaign execution, digital operations, and sales enablement. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment where curiosity, creativity, and continuous improvement are encouraged. This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our regional office in Rockwall, TX. Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing integrated outbound marketing campaigns that drive measurable pipeline impact. Create and refine engaging content across digital channels, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement. Work with the Campaign & Field Marketing Manager to support sales enablement initiatives and campaign operations. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and external partners to support timely delivery of marketing programs aligned with business goals. Analyze campaign results and provide reporting and insights to optimize future efforts. This role requires up to 25% of domestic travel. Qualifications
Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field. 2–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B or professional services environment. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Strong understanding of campaign management, marketing function, and analytics tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in an evolving environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Canva, Salesforce, AI-powered productivity tools, and cloud-based shared drives), analytics tools, and content design platforms are a plus. Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
