Recruiting Director – Legal Industry Description Our client is looking for a Recruiting Director to add to their team in Jacksonville, FL. Reporting directly to a highly transparent, no‑nonsense executive leader, you’ll be in an environment that values direct feedback, accountability, and continuous improvement. You’ll manage a small team within a structured, goal‑oriented framework, where clarity, ownership, and measurable outcomes drive success. Leaning on your experience recruiting within the legal industry, you will source, interview, and onboard candidates, helping to grow a company that believes in working hard and playing hard. Ideal candidates will have previous management experience and are early adopters of AI technology, leveraging tools to enhance sourcing, streamline workflows, and drive more efficient, data‑informed recruiting strategies. Responsibilities
Lead and manage the recruiting team
Work closely with hiring managers to determine the most effective hiring strategies
Manage and optimize the recruitment process
Identify, source, and screen potential candidates
Maintain close working relationships with local colleges
Monitor the performance of recruiting programs via KPIs
Stay up to date on the latest recruitment and AI trends and best practices
Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
Partner with leadership to align recruitment goals with business objectives
Oversee employee relations, company culture, and employee retention
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required
7+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience required
5+ years of management experience required
Legal recruiting experience required
Proven ability to integrate AI tools into recruiting or talent acquisition workflow required
