Required Education & Certifications (Mandatory) •

High School Diploma or GED (REQUIRED)

Required Skills & Experience (Mandatory) •

Minimum 1 YEAR of Customer Service Experience •

STRONG CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION (Patients, Families, Staff) •

DATA ENTRY / ORDER PROCESSING ACCURACY (Medications, Supplies, Equipment) •

CONFIDENTIALITY & HIPAA COMPLIANCE AWARENESS •

ABILITY TO HANDLE HIGH-VOLUME CALLS / REQUESTS •

PROBLEM-SOLVING & ESCALATION HANDLING (Working with Supervisors)

Preferred Skills & Experience • Experience in healthcare or medical customer service environment • Familiarity with patient coordination or medical supply processes

Job Description / Project We are seeking a

Customer Service Representative

to serve as the

first point of contact

for patient and client service needs in a healthcare-related environment. Key responsibilities include: • Handling

incoming customer inquiries and service requests • Ensuring

accurate entry and processing of medications, supplies, and equipment orders • Coordinating with supervisors to ensure

timely delivery and issue resolution • Maintaining

patient confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA standards • Providing

professional, empathetic communication

to patients, families, and internal teams • Supporting a

fast-paced, high-volume service environment

Additional Requirements • Must be available for the

fixed weekly schedule (Wed–Fri as listed) • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work in a

fast-paced, customer-facing environment
