About the Role:

As Senior Brand Manager for GoGo squeeZ, you will lead the development and execution of brand strategies to drive growth, market share, and consumer engagement across the UK. You will be responsible for bringing the brand’s vision to life, managing the product innovation pipeline with multiple product launches, collaborating with cross-functional teams on integrated marketing campaigns, and overseeing performance analytics to ensure commercial objectives are met. Acting as the brand’s champion, you will deliver compelling positioning and communication, foster strong retailer partnerships, and ultimately grow the fruit snacking mix of the Bel UK business unit.

This role will report directly into the Marketing Manager and will have managerial responsibility for the Assistant Brand Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategic planning and implementation of annual marketing plans for GoGo squeeZ

Coach and develop a high-performing Assistant Brand Manager

Manage the development and successful launch of the innovation pipeline

Drive brand equity growth, market share, and brand profitability through consumer-centric, insight-led strategies and activation.

Influence and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in the UK, the wider cluster, and with global brand owners to ensure effective communication and execution of key initiatives.

Act as a brand champion, ensuring consistency in positioning and messaging across all channels.

Monitor and analyse brand and market performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.

Lead campaign launches, identify, develop & execute NPD opportunities, and support trade marketing initiatives in alignment with local and global teams.

Play an active role in supporting a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and best practice sharing across the team and business.

Skills/Experience

Significant experience (5+ years) in FMCG brand marketing (ideally with food brands)

Strong experience bringing innovation to market, from concept to shelf

Proven, expert brand builder with consumer behaviour obsession!

People management experience

Excellent project management skills, demonstrating attention to detail and effective coordination of multiple stakeholders.

Strategic mindset with strong analytical, planning, and commercial acumen.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to work cross-functionally at local, cluster, and global levels

Experience in launching integrated, multi-channel campaigns that cut through and shift the dial

Agile and proactive, with a pragmatic approach to problem‑solving.

Passionate about consumer brands and able to inspire teams.

Someone who brings demonstrable energy, passion & fun to work!

Experience/Exposure in P&L management

The Senior Brand Manager will demonstrate commitment to Bel Values (Dare, Care, Commit) and actively participate & support in Bel Value projects.
