This role sits at the intersection of creative, strategy, and performance — helping us produce content that not only looks good, but actually works.
You’ll partner closely with our marketing team to build, test, and scale ad ideas — while elevating the quality and consistency of our organic social media presence.
This is not a “just post content” role.
This is a make it better, make it smarter, make it perform role.
What You’ll Do:
Content Creation & Execution
- Plan, script, and execute social content with intention
- Bring structure to shoots (shot lists, hooks, variations, angles)
- Be hands-on in content creation — filming, directing, and occasionally being on camera
- Raise the bar for content quality, consistency, and creativity
Creative Strategy & Ideation
- Work closely with the ads team to develop hooks, concepts, and testable ideas
- Identify winning organic content and evolve it into paid creative
- Contribute new concepts regularly
- Stay on top of trends, but adapt them to fit the brand
Performance & Optimization
- Understand what makes content perform (hooks, pacing, retention, editing)
- Analyze what’s working — and apply those learnings
- Continuously improve output based on performance
What We’re Looking For:

- Strong understanding of short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Meta)
- Comfortable being on camera when needed
- High ownership — sees problems and fixes them
- Excels in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where priorities can quickly shift
- Bonus: Experience in DTC brands or performance-driven content

- Salary - 70-75K DOE
