This role sits at the intersection of creative, strategy, and performance — helping us produce content that not only looks good, but actually works.
You’ll partner closely with our marketing team to build, test, and scale ad ideas — while elevating the quality and consistency of our organic social media presence.
This is not a “just post content” role.
This is a make it better, make it smarter, make it perform role.
What You’ll Do:
Content Creation & Execution
Plan, script, and execute social content with intention
Bring structure to shoots (shot lists, hooks, variations, angles)
Be hands-on in content creation — filming, directing, and occasionally being on camera
Raise the bar for content quality, consistency, and creativity
Creative Strategy & Ideation
Work closely with the ads team to develop hooks, concepts, and testable ideas
Identify winning organic content and evolve it into paid creative
Contribute new concepts regularly
Stay on top of trends, but adapt them to fit the brand
Performance & Optimization
Understand what makes content perform (hooks, pacing, retention, editing)
Analyze what’s working — and apply those learnings
Continuously improve output based on performance
What We’re Looking For:

Strong understanding of short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Meta)
Comfortable being on camera when needed
High ownership — sees problems and fixes them
Excels in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where priorities can quickly shift
Bonus: Experience in DTC brands or performance-driven content
