Job Details Job Details: Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Foreman for Residential and Commercial Construction to join our dynamic team. This position is a unique opportunity to lead and manage a team of construction professionals in a variety of residential and commercial projects. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on everything from ground-up construction to remodeling projects, utilizing both hand tools and the latest construction management software. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package. Responsibilities: The Permanent Foreman will be responsible for managing all aspects of residential and commercial construction projects, including but not limited to: 1. Supervising and leading a team of construction workers and subcontractors. 2. Overseeing all onsite construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. 3. Utilizing construction management software such as Procore, Build Connect, and Buildertrend for project planning, scheduling, and tracking. 4. Performing hands-on construction work as needed, including the use of hand and power tools. 5. Coordinating with project managers, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals. 6. Ensuring all work complies with building codes and safety regulations. 7. Troubleshooting and resolving onsite issues and conflicts. 8. Providing regular progress updates and reports to company management and clients. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Permanent Foreman position will have the following qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in residential and commercial construction, with a proven track record of successfully managing and completing projects. 2. Expertise in ground-up construction, remodeling, and self-perform work. 3. Proficiency in using hand tools and construction equipment. 4. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of construction professionals. 5. Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Build Connect, and Buildertrend. 6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve onsite issues quickly and effectively. 7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, management, clients, and other construction professionals. 8. A thorough understanding of building codes and safety regulations. 9. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred. 10. Certifications in construction safety, project management, or related areas are a plus.
